Students will exercise through the use of stationary bicycles as well as pedal

bicycles

1) To promote healthy living through exercise

2) To set healthy goals and use safety when riding

We will use modern technology in the cardio room. We will also do

some activities outside to encourage the Nature theme.

Please turn cell phones off. Only music can be listened to through headphones.

Please attend all classes as this is an activity based class. Hand in all coursework.
