

The Student NDUS E-Mail Policy
is that your North Dakota University System email
account is the official form of communication between Dakota College and you. You are
responsible for reading college messages and responding accordingly.
Withdrawal and Incomplete Policy
Upon request, the instructor can withdraw a student through the first ten weeks of the
course with a “W.” After the 10
th
week, the instructor can withdraw a student with a grade
of “Y” unless the student is passing. Withdrawals will not be issued after the last day for
withdrawals. An incomplete (I) will be given to a student who has completed at least 80%
of the required coursework, is passing, and is unable to complete the remaining
coursework due to illness or other circumstances beyond the student’s control. If
approved by the instructor, the instructor will complete an Incomplete Contract.

The College will make reasonable accommodations for any person with documented
