Course Objective:
This course is the first half of a year-long course in anatomy and
physiology and will cover an introduction to the human body, its gross and microscopic
anatomy, biological chemistry and the integumentary, skeletal, muscular and nervous
systems and their accompanying physiology. It is designed to be a rigorous overview that
will help prepare students in further health related fields and allow them to build on the
foundation they establish with this course material.
