Registration Registration is a process that consists of two basic components — class registration and fee payment. The usual sequence of events is as follows: 1. The student’s advisor sets up a class schedule with the student. Certain guidelines for class selection will be followed dependent on a student’s scores on the mathematics and English ACT test or placement test scores. 2. Students’ schedules will be finalized when they register on campus connection. 3. Fee payment is required at the Business Office at the assigned time. 4. After students have completed the registration process, they should purchase their books at the College bookstore. Resident/Nonresident for Tuition Purposes Students who are not residents of North Dakota but wish to declare residency for tuition purposes will be required to complete the Application for Resident Student Status. The form is available in campus connection. The completed form will be used to determine residence for tuition purposes. Semester Class Schedules At about the mid-term of each semester, the class schedule for the next semester will be available.
