Score of 90% is required to take the proctored ATI. It may take a few attempts and there is a 24-hour waiting period between attempts, so you will want to get started on this early. To be eligible to take an ATI proctored exam students will bring both form B practice exams (the first one in which 90% was NOT achieved and the second one when the 90% has been achieved and provide this to the nursing instructor along with the active learning templates that were created after the first form B exam. This is your ticket to take the proctored exam. ** ATI Maternal Health : Non-proctored exam FORM B (10 points). Score of 90% is required to take the proctored ATI.
