Complete ATI exams at a level 2 or 3 and pass the ATI RN Comprehensive Predictor at a 92% probability of passing the NCLEX RN® ATI exams Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN) score on Teamwork and Collaboration from Comprehensive Predictor PROFESSIONALISM AND LEADERSHIP: Adhere to professional standards and scope of practice as an associate degree registered nurse while pursuing professional growth and acting as a leader and change agent within legal, ethical and regulatory frameworks. 2. Develop an individual plan for identification, application, interviewing and retaining a position as a registered nurse. 3. Assume accountability for practice in the role of an RN in accordance with professional, legal, and ethical standards.
