Course materials will look at methods used in aquaponics production, variables, species characteristics of fish and plants, and integrated pest management techniques (IPM). Pre-/Co-requisites: HORT 141 – Introduction to Aquaponics Course Objectives:  Demonstrate understanding of aquaponics production methods.  Explain the proper steps used when changing variables within the aquaponics operation.  Describe environmental characteristics of different plant and fish species.  Display proficiency in daily operations pertaining to the fish and plant production.
