Scholarship funds are generated by contributions made to the Dakota College at Bottineau Foundation from alumni, individuals, families, business, and organizations. Scholarship criteria include academic performance and financial need. Scholarship recipients are required to be admitted as a full-time student, which is defined as 12 or more credit hours per semester.
Awards are made on a "rolling" basis, which means the scholarship committee will meet to make awards as applications are received. Therefore, students are encourage to turn in their applications as soon as possible.
