Certificate
This course of study prepares students to provide bookkeeping services to businesses. Instructional components include: the double-entry accounting systems, record-keeping systems and computerized accounting. The program offers the option of specialized study in preparation to become a Certified Bookkeeper and become a member of The American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
State Licensure Requirements: All DCB programs fulfill the requirements for licensure in the state of North Dakota. Please be aware that we are currently working on researching if our curriculum/degree meets licensure requirements in other states. Students seeking to pursue this degree outside of North Dakota must contact our Academic Affairs office to confirm whether the program may be licensed in the students’ home state.
