36th Annual Evergreen Event Date Set

The Dakota College at Bottineau Foundation is excited to announce the 36th annual fundraiser “Evergreen”. The 2019 date has been set for Saturday, September 21 at the Cobblestone Inn and Suites, Bottineau.

The event consists of an elegant five-course dinner, served with two choices of entrees; chicken breast provencal or herb crusted roast beef with Cabernet reduction and a vegetarian choice of pesto stuffed portabellas over pumpkin sage polenta, this is enhanced with side dishes and delicious desserts along with a complementary glass of wine. Throughout the evening guests participate in a competitive silent auction with donations received from the area. Items donated range from hand crafted items to get-away trips, basket specials and more. After dinner a live auction is held for larger gift items.

All proceeds from the Evergreen event provide academic scholarship funds for students who attend Dakota College at Bottineau. On average there are 30 students who receive scholarships every year. This is a great opportunity to support the Foundation and meet some of the students.
