As IT Support Director, Jacob has many tasks and responsiblities at Dakota College. He has been employed at DCB since 2010. If you don't find him working behind his monitor he is more than likely crawling under someone's desk or is on top of a ladder with his head above the ceiling tiles somewhere on campus. If you need your computer fixed or a password reset, you'll want to contact him.

When Jacob isn't working at Dakota College, you can find him either washing his car or working on someone else's computer in the community. If he can escape computer work, you can typically find him at one of the local car shows.
