Email Address: NDUS username

Password: NDUS Password

When you are accepted as a DCB student, you will automatically have an email assigned to you. The email address will be your NDUS username. Your full email address will be your NDUS username followed by @dakotacollege.edu. 

Note: The @dakotacollege.edu domain is only used when sending & receiving emails. For login purposes you will need to use the @ndus.edu domain instead. 

This is your official DCB email account. We will communicate with you through this account so be sure you check it for the latest information.


Email on your Smartphone

The easiest way to add your student email account to your smartphone is to download the Microsoft Outlook App from either the App Store or the Play Store. Once the App is installed on your phone you will need to setup your account. For your email address you will need to enter your NDUS username followed by the @ndus.edu domain.

E.g. jacob.p.nelson@ndus.edu

Mail App Setup Instructions

If you'd rather setup your email account using your Mail App or Email App that is included on your smartphone, here are the settings you will need to use to get that to function.

  • Account Type: Exchange
  • Email: firstname.lastname@ndus.edu
  • Password: NDUS Password
  • Server: outlook.office365.com
  • Username: firstname.lastname@ndus.edu
  • Domain: Leave this field blank


Password Reset

If you're unable to login to your webmail, make sure you are using your NDUS password, and make sure you're typing first dot last name (first.last) as the username. If you're still having issues and cannot access your CampusConnection either, please visit https://helpdesk.ndus.edu/ndusaccount/ to reset your password or contact Jacob at the number below.
